CommercialBuses

For dealers with buses

Sell more of the buses you already have.

Your units get in front of buyers you would never meet. When another dealer has a buyer who needs what you have, we bring that dealer to you. You set the price, you close the sale, and it costs you nothing. Point us at the inventory source you already maintain: a website page, a feed, a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a weekly email. You never re-enter a unit.

What we are not asking you to do

Inventory sources we accept

We normalize whatever already exists. Pick the one you actually keep current, not the one that sounds most organized.

Website inventory page

A URL we read on a schedule you set.

Inventory feed

XML, JSON, or whatever your provider emits.

CSV or spreadsheet

However your DMS exports it.

PDF availability sheet

The one you print for the sales floor.

API

Only if you already have one. We won't ask you to build it.

Periodic email

Send us the list you already send out.

Phone

If none of the above, we'll take it down by hand.

Mixed

Several sources, several locations. That's normal.

Add My Inventory

Point us at the inventory you already keep current. No listing fee, no re-entry, no exclusivity.

Where does your inventory live today?

Whatever you already keep current. You will never re-enter a unit here.

A ballpark is fine.

Who should we call to confirm a unit is still available?

This is the one field that decides whether your inventory can be offered to another dealer. We only call when there is a real request.

Free to participate. No exclusivity. No listing fee.

Questions supplying dealers ask

What does it cost to be an inventory partner?

Nothing. There is no listing fee, subscription, setup fee, or exclusivity requirement for inventory partners. Demand dealers pay the subscription; supplying dealers do not.

Do I have to re-enter my inventory?

No. Provide the inventory source you already keep current, a website inventory page, a feed, a CSV, a spreadsheet, a PDF, an API, or a periodic email, and CommercialBuses normalizes it. Manual entry is only used when no usable source exists.

Will you send my units to my competitors?

Your units are surfaced two ways, and your identity is protected in both. A dealer with a live buyer request sees a unit when it satisfies that request. And units may appear in our public index in anonymized form only: no dealer name, no exact location, no contact details, no VIN. Buying dealers reach you only through an introduction we make, and only when you have agreed to discuss units with other dealers.

How often will you contact me?

Only when a real buyer request matches one of your units, or when we need to confirm a unit is still available. There is no drip sequence and no software pitch.

Who represents the vehicle in the sale?

You do. You set the price, you talk to the other dealer directly, and you close your side. CommercialBuses does not take title, hold funds, negotiate the sale, or take a commission.

What if a unit sells and your data is stale?

Tell us and we mark it unavailable immediately. Every unit carries an explicit availability state and the date it was last checked, and we reconfirm with you before a unit counts as a confirmed match, precisely so a sold bus is never presented as available.
