What we collect

If you ask us to find a bus, we collect what you tell us about the bus you need and how to reach you: your name, email, and optionally a phone number and the organisation you are buying for. If you are a dealer, we also collect your dealership and location. If you share inventory with us, we collect your dealership details and where your inventory comes from.

We do not ask for anything we do not need to run the search.

If a dealer is asking on your behalf

When a dealer sends us a request for one of their customers, the customer's identity is optional and the search runs without it. If it is provided, it is not shared with other dealers unless the requesting dealer approves that specific introduction, and we never market to it. Deal protection explains how that is enforced.

What we share, and with whom

To find your bus we have to describe what you need to the dealers who might have it. They see the requirements, the budget range, the delivery region, the timeline, and the quantity. They do not see your contact details until an introduction is made, and an introduction is only made when the person who asked for it wants it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics to understand which pages people use and where our own forms lose them. This sets a cookie so a returning visitor is not counted twice, and it records how pages are used. Form fields are hidden from that recording, so what you type is not captured. If your browser asks not to be tracked, we honour it.

There are no advertising pixels and no ad networks on this site.

The request form also saves your unfinished answers in your own browser so an interruption does not cost you the request. That stays on your device until you submit.

Where your information is held

Your information is stored on servers in the United States, and we use a small number of service providers to run the site and send email. They may only process your information to provide those services to us.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep requests and their outcomes so we can tell which buses people are actually looking for and go and find more of them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and a dealer sharing inventory can withdraw it at any time. A person handles these by hand: Show email address.
