1. What the service is
CommercialBuses.com operates a commercial bus sourcing service. You tell us what you need, whether you are buying for your own organisation or you are a dealer sourcing for a customer, and we look for it across the inventory of participating dealers. Where we find a suitable unit, we introduce you to the dealer who has it.
2. What the service is not
CommercialBuses is not a vehicle dealer, seller, broker, agent, auction, escrow agent, or financing provider. CommercialBuses does not take title to any vehicle, does not hold buyer funds, does not negotiate the sale of any vehicle on behalf of either party, and does not present itself as the owner or seller of another dealer's inventory. Each vehicle is represented solely by the supplying dealer, who sets its price and controls its sale.
3. Availability information
Inventory information comes from the dealers who supply it, and we show when it was last checked. CommercialBuses does not warrant that any unit remains available, that its details are accurate, or that a dealer will transact. You are responsible for verifying specifications, condition, title status, and availability directly with the supplying dealer before relying on them.
4. Deal protection
The dealer submitting a buyer request owns the buyer relationship. CommercialBuses does not require a customer's identity to perform a search, does not disclose it to other dealers without the submitting dealer's approval, and does not approach a customer because their requirements were submitted through the service. Introductions are attributed to the dealership that originated the request.
5. Inventory partners
Participation as an inventory partner is free and non-exclusive. By sharing your inventory, you allow CommercialBuses to use it to identify units that match what someone is looking for, and to show those units publicly without identifying you as the seller. We do not publish your dealership name or contact details, and interested parties reach you only through an introduction we make. You may withdraw your inventory, or opt out of it being shown publicly, at any time.
6. Fees
Searching is free and does not require a plan. Demand dealers receive one free confirmed match per dealership location, as defined on the pricing page. After that, continued use requires a subscription of $299 per month per dealership location. Paid service does not begin without an affirmative purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period. CommercialBuses charges no commission or percentage of any vehicle sale.
7. Acceptable use
The service is for dealer-to-dealer inventory sourcing. You may not use it to compile or resell inventory data, to solicit another participating dealer's customers, to circumvent an originating dealer's relationship with their buyer, or to submit requests that do not represent a genuine buyer.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. CommercialBuses.com is not liable for any transaction between dealers, for the condition, specification, title, or availability of any vehicle, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
These terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated to participating dealers by email.
