1. What the service is
CommercialBuses.com operates a website where buyers search commercial buses listed by dealers. A buyer can send a request about a bus, and we pass that request to the dealer selling it so the two can talk directly. Dealers can list their inventory with us so buyers find it.
2. What the service is not
CommercialBuses is not a vehicle dealer, seller, broker, agent, auction, escrow agent, or financing provider. CommercialBuses does not take title to any vehicle, does not hold buyer funds, does not negotiate the sale of any vehicle on behalf of either party, and does not present itself as the owner or seller of another dealer's inventory. Each vehicle is represented solely by the supplying dealer, who sets its price and controls its sale.
3. Availability information
Inventory information comes from the dealers who supply it, and we show when it was last checked. CommercialBuses does not warrant that any bus is still for sale, that its details are accurate, or that a dealer will transact. You are responsible for verifying specifications, condition, title status, and availability directly with the supplying dealer before relying on them.
4. Requests
When you send a request about a bus, we share it, with the contact details you give us, only with the dealer selling that bus. We do not sell your details. We may send you messages about your request, including the dealer's replies and, if the dealer does not answer, similar buses you may want to consider.
5. Inventory partners
Listing inventory is free and non-exclusive. By sharing your inventory, you allow CommercialBuses to show it publicly and to send you requests from buyers about it. We do not publish your dealership name, contact details, exact location, or vehicle identification numbers. You may remove your inventory, or stop our emails, at any time using the links in any email we send you.
6. Fees
There is no fee to search, to send a request, or to list inventory. If we offer paid services, they will be described separately and will only begin once you agree to them.
7. Acceptable use
Buyers may use the service to find and ask about buses they are considering. Dealers may use it to list inventory they actually have for sale and to answer requests about it. No one may use the service to compile or resell listing data, to send requests that do not reflect a real interest in a bus, to list vehicles they cannot sell, or to send unsolicited messages to people they meet through it.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. CommercialBuses.com is not liable for any transaction between a buyer and a dealer, for the condition, specification, title, or availability of any vehicle, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
These terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

This page describes how the service is operated. It is not legal advice. Motor-vehicle dealer and broker licensing rules, and rules on republishing third-party inventory, vary by state and should be reviewed with counsel before the service expands.
