For dealers · Sell what you have
A buyer wants the bus already on your lot.
People come to CommercialBuses looking for a commercial bus and tell us exactly what they need. When it matches something you already have, we send you the buyer and step out of the way.
How it works
1
A buyer tells us what they need
Capacity, accessibility, budget, where it has to end up, and when.
2
We match it to real inventory
Against the units you already publish. Nothing to enter, nothing to maintain.
3
You get the buyer
Their name, organisation, email and phone, and which of your units matched.
4
You close it
At your price, on your terms. We take nothing on the sale.
Every enquiry is free
Not the first one. All of them. If your inventory matches what a buyer asked for, you hear about it whether or not you pay us anything, and there is no commission on the sale.
A plan exists for dealerships that want more than the enquiries their current stock happens to attract: buyer requests matched as they arrive rather than when we get to them, and the requests we could not fill from anyone's inventory, which is the most useful buying signal in this market. That is $299/month per location, cancel anytime. Full pricing.
Getting your inventory in
If you already publish your stock on your own website or through a feed, there is usually nothing for you to do. Point us at it once and we keep up with it. What participating involves, including how to take it back down in one click.
Questions dealers ask
What does a buyer enquiry actually look like?
An email with the buyer's name, their organisation, their email and phone number, what they are looking for, and which of your units matched. You reply to them directly or you reply to us and we make the introduction. There is nothing to log into.
Do I pay for a lead?
No. Every buyer enquiry we send is free, including the first and every one after it. A plan buys speed and coverage, not access to buyers.
How do you know my inventory?
From the inventory feed or website listing you already maintain. We read what you publish, we do not ask you to re-enter anything, and you can withdraw it in one click from the bottom of any email we send you.
Will buyers see my dealership name?
Not until you decide. Units appear without your dealership name, contact details, or exact location. A buyer sees the bus and reaches you through us.
What stops me getting spammed?
A buyer request only reaches you when your own inventory matches what they asked for. One email per buyer, about your closest matching unit, never one per unit. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
What if the bus already sold?
Tell us and the unit comes down. Stale inventory is the fastest way to lose a dealer's attention, so we would rather hear it than keep sending enquiries for a bus on somebody else's lot.
