What counts as a confirmed match
You only ever pay after we hand you at least one confirmed match. All four of these have to be true:
- 1The bus satisfies every must-have you marked on the request.
- 2The supplying dealer has confirmed the unit is currently available.
- 3The supplying dealer is willing to discuss it with you.
- 4We can identify the actual source dealer and the actual unit.
If we find nothing suitable, it does not count. An empty result is our problem, not your credit.
Five suitable buses for one request is one match. You are charged for the answer, not the volume.
Why the price is shaped this way
Why a subscription instead of a fee per match?
Because a pay-per-match fee gets paid whether or not it produced economic value, which is the same bad incentive as a pay-per-lead service, and it creates arguments about what counts as a valid match. A subscription after a proven result means you send every out-of-stock request without doing arithmetic first.
Why not take a percentage of the sale?
A success fee sounds aligned but adds closed-sale reporting, revenue auditing, collection disputes, an incentive for both dealers to route around us, and state-specific motor-vehicle dealer and broker questions. We would rather charge a flat subscription and stay clearly an inventory-search service.
Is it per dealership or per location?
Per dealership location. Each rooftop has its own free match and its own subscription, because each rooftop has its own salespeople and its own lost sales.
What happens if I don't choose a plan after my free match?
Nothing is switched off retroactively and no card is charged without an affirmative purchase. Introductions already in progress are completed. New searches pause until you choose a plan.
Are there multi-location or group plans?
Not during the MVP. There is one plan at one price. Multi-location group pricing is something we will look at once dealers are repeatedly using and paying for the core service.
